Troubleshooting
Find your problem below. Each answer points to the page with the full steps.
Signing in
I didn't get my verification code
Check your spam folder and make sure the email address is right. Wait a minute, then ask for a new code. If you keep failing, wait a few minutes and try again. See Create your account.
I forgot my password, or signed up with Google
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email you a code. See Profile and security.
Building
I can't save my form
Saving stops while the editor shows a red error count. Click it to see which blocks need fixing. See Editor tour.
Publishing
I can't publish
Two common reasons. The editor lists problems to fix first, so fix those. Or your form has a Payment block and your payouts are not set up, or are on hold. See Publish and share and Set up payouts.
My form link shows a 404 page
The form is not published, or it was deleted, or the link has a typo. Open the form and check it is published. See Publish and share.
Responses
My responses are locked
You went over your plan's monthly limit. The responses are saved. They unlock when you upgrade, and a new month starts a fresh allowance. See Plans and AI credits.
A response is missing
Check your filters on the Submissions tab and clear them. If you are over your plan's monthly limit, the response may be locked (see above). See Responses.
Payments and payouts
Money was deducted but the form wasn't submitted
Ask the person to wait a minute and press Submit again. We check the earlier payment first and do not charge twice. You can also check the payment on the Earnings tab. See Earnings and refunds and What your respondents see.
I can't refund a payment
You can refund only before the money has been paid out to you, and only the full amount. See Earnings and refunds.
My payout was rejected or is on hold
If rejected, save your payout destination again after checking the details. If on hold, contact support. See Set up payouts.
I haven't been paid yet
Payments are paid out about 24 hours later. A new payout destination waits 24 hours, and balances under ₹100 wait. See Set up payouts.
I can't delete my account
Deletion is blocked while you have unpaid earnings or a payout in progress. Try again once the payout completes. See Profile and security.
