Create your account

You need an account to build forms. Sign up with your email and a password, or with Google. No card is needed.

Sign up with email

  1. Open the sign-up page.
  2. Enter your email and a password.
  3. Tick I agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
  4. Click Create account.
  5. On the next screen, enter the 6-digit code we emailed you and click Verify email. See Verify your email.
  6. Finish your profile.

Password rules

  • 8 to 128 characters.
  • At least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number.

A checklist under the password box ticks off each rule as you type.

Sign up with Google

  1. Click Sign up with Google (or Continue with Google on the sign-in page).
  2. Choose your Google account.
  3. Finish your profile.

A Google account has no password at first. To add one, use Forgot password with the same email. We email you a code, and you choose a password.

Verify your email

  1. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code. It expires in 10 minutes.
  2. Type it into the boxes and click Verify email.
  3. No email? Wait for the timer, then click Resend code. You can ask for a new code 60 seconds after the last one.
  4. Typed the wrong email? Click Wrong email? Start over.

Finish your profile

After you verify (or after your first Google sign-in), you land on Finish your profile. Fill it in and click Continue.

Continue stays blocked until the required fields are filled. You cannot open the rest of the app until you finish this step.

Sign in

  1. Open the sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email and password, then click Sign in. Or click Continue with Google.

If you signed up but never entered your code, signing in sends you a new code and takes you to the verify screen.

Forgot or reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email and click Send reset code.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from the email and your new password.
  4. Click Reset password. You are signed in and taken to your dashboard.

We always move you to the next screen, even if the email has no account. This protects other people's privacy. If you never receive a code, there may be no account for that email.

Error messages
