GrabUrPass ("the Service", "we", "us"), a product of GraburPass ("the Company"), is a software-as-a-service platform that lets creators build online forms with conditional logic and publish them to collect information and payments from respondents. Payments on published forms are processed through a third-party payment gateway.

You must create an account and provide accurate, current information to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to collect payments or data for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to: sale of prohibited or regulated goods and services, phishing or collection of sensitive personal data without consent, intellectual property infringement, money laundering, or any activity prohibited by the payment gateway's terms or applicable Indian law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You also agree not to enter sensitive data (such as passwords, API keys, card or bank details, government ID numbers, or health information) into GrabUrPass AI prompts or into forms you use with GrabUrPass AI, and not to enter other people's personal data without their permission.

Payments made by respondents through your published forms are processed by our third-party payment processor. By collecting payments through the Service, you also agree to the payment gateway's applicable terms and conditions. We do not store card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials on our servers.

GrabUrPass deducts a platform commission from each successful transaction before settling the remaining amount to the form owner. The applicable commission rate is displayed in your account dashboard. Payouts are made to your registered bank account according to the settlement schedule described in your dashboard, subject to the payment gateway's settlement timelines and any applicable holds. Owners on the Pro plan pay a lower commission rate while their plan is active; the rate that applies is shown in your dashboard and applies to payments created after it takes effect.

GrabUrPass AI is paid for with credits. One successful AI message uses one credit; a message that fails, or that you cancel before any output is produced, is not charged. Building forms by hand does not use credits. Every account receives a small allowance of free credits each calendar month (currently 5, counted in UTC). Monthly credits, free or with a plan, are topped up to their monthly amount and never added to what is left over: with 5 left at the start of a month you have 5, and with 1 left you are back to 5.

Credits can be bought in packs or with a Pro plan. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Credits expire and are not carried over: free monthly credits expire when the calendar month ends, a credit pack is valid for 30 days from the day it is bought, and the credits that come with the Pro plan are valid until the end of the plan month they were bought for. Expired credits cannot be restored or refunded. The Pro plan is a one-month pass that adds credits and a higher hourly AI limit; it does not renew automatically.

To produce a result, your prompt and the content of your form are sent to third-party AI providers. AI output can be wrong: review every form before publishing it, especially prices and payment settings, as you remain responsible for what you publish. Do not include sensitive data in what you send to GrabUrPass AI; see our Privacy Policy for what is sent and to whom. We may change credit prices or allowances for future purchases.

Free and Pro plans. On the Free plan, each form shows the first responses of every calendar month up to a monthly limit (currently 100 per form). Responses over the limit are still saved and are never deleted, but stay hidden until you upgrade, and forms show a "Powered by GrabUrPass" badge. The Builder plan, bought for one month at a time, removes the badge and raises the limit (currently 500 per form per month). The Pro plan removes the badge, raises the limit further, allows email alerts for new responses and lowers the payment commission. Email alerts are sent at most once an hour per form, contain a count and a link to your dashboard, and never the responses themselves. We may change plan limits for future periods with notice on this site.

Form owners are solely responsible for delivering the goods, services, or outcomes they sell or promise through their forms, and for complying with all applicable laws (including consumer protection and tax laws) in relation to their respondents. GrabUrPass is a technology platform only and is not a party to any transaction between a form owner and a respondent.

You keep ownership of the forms and content you create. You give GrabUrPass permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending it to AI providers when you choose to use GrabUrPass AI. You confirm you have the right to use the content you upload or publish.

We may update these Terms, and will post the new date above; continued use after a change means you accept it. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms, non-payment or misuse, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabUrPass and GraburPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
