Shipping / Service Delivery Policy

GrabUrPass is a fully digital software-as-a-service platform. We do not sell or ship any physical products, and no shipping charges apply to the use of the Service.

The Service is delivered instantly online. Once you create an account, you can build forms immediately. When a form is published, it becomes available to respondents at its unique link in real time. Form responses are delivered to the form owner's dashboard as they are submitted.

Form owners may use GrabUrPass forms to sell their own goods or services. Any delivery or shipping of those goods or services is the sole responsibility of the form owner, and any shipping timelines, costs, or policies are set and communicated by the form owner to their customers. GrabUrPass is not involved in and is not liable for the fulfilment of anything sold through a form.

Amounts collected through forms (minus the platform commission and applicable payment gateway fees) are settled to the form owner's registered bank account according to the settlement schedule shown in the account dashboard, subject to the payment gateway's settlement timelines (typically T+2 business days) and any applicable holds or verifications.
